At Optinoos, we continue to support the Pavelló Nord project, which houses the Barcelona Provincial Council’s Temporary Stay and Respite Care Services. This is an essential intervention to adapt the building to current care needs and ensure its regulatory compliance.

For this renovation, LEED ID+C Hospitality certification has been selected, with the goal of achieving Platinum level, guaranteeing the highest standards in sustainability, energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and comfort. ✨

OPTINOOS provides guidance throughout all phases of the project. At DIBA Mundet, the design phase has been completed, and we are currently monitoring the construction, verifying compliance with LEED requirements:

♻️ Construction Waste Management (CWM) Plan: reduction, separation, recycling, and reuse of materials.

🌬️ Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Plan: protection of workers and future occupants from pollutants.

🏗️ Selection of sustainable and low-emission materials, backed by certifications such as DAP, Cradle to Cradle, REACH, recycled content, and VOCs.
