At Optinoos, we are proud to participate in the sustainable transformation of the Antiga Foneria Reial de Canons, a 17th-century building located at the beginning of La Rambla and currently being transformed into the future Digital Art Center of Catalonia. ✨

The project, promoted by the Department of Culture, restores a heritage building declared a Local Cultural Asset, combining historical preservation with new cultural and creative uses. 🏛️ At OPTINOOS, we are supporting this process by acting as the lead for the BREEAM® España Muy Bueno level certification, ensuring that every decision—from materials to construction systems and interior comfort—meets the most demanding international standards in environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, and well-being.
