OPTINOOS is leading the BREEAM assessment and certification of Les Tres Xemeneies, an emblematic industrial building that will be completely renovated to become the nucleus of the future Catalunya Media City.

The project, developed by Marvel i Garcés de Seta Bonet Arquitectes, incorporates solutions with 4,500 m² of photovoltaic panels, green roofs and bioclimatic strategies aimed at a zero-energy building.

With experts in sustainability, we verify the environmental performance of the project using the sustainability methodology of BREEAM ES., a leading certification in Europe that assesses the sustainable quality of buildings.

What is notable is that BREEAM includes a specific version for Spain, fully adapted to our language, regulations and way of building, which allows for a precise and contextualized assessment of the real sustainability of the project.
