🌱 Sustainability on Construction Sites | BREEAM® Spain Monitoring 🏗️
Last week we conducted a site visit to a logistics warehouse in Sant Boi de Llobregat, with the aim of ensuring the sustainable management of the construction process for BREEAM® Spain certification. Since the start of construction, through regular visits, we have been supporting the construction teams in implementing the sustainability strategies defined in the project.

In this case, the monitoring focused on:
• Organization and implementation of the construction site
• Preventive measures for environmental impact (erosion, dust, noise, and spills)
• Management of construction waste
• Signage, access, and routes
• Respect for the natural and neighboring environment
Early monitoring is key to anticipating deviations and ensuring responsible execution aligned with BREEAM criteria.
