We are proud to announce that Phase 1 of the Barings Logistics Facility project has achieved BREEAM® New Construction certification at the “Outstanding” level, securing an impressive score of 87.62%.
This result reflects the work carried out across all project phases, integrating sustainability criteria from design through to construction.
We approached sustainability holistically, incorporating strategies to reduce energy demand, optimize resource consumption, and improve the building’s environmental performance throughout its entire lifecycle.
Furthermore, the project prioritized user well-being, responsible material selection, and the reduction of its environmental footprint over its entire lifecycle.
Achieving the “Outstanding” rating places us among the top-performing projects in terms of sustainability and reinforces our commitment to construction that is more responsible, efficient, and prepared for future challenges.
